Review From me : 

This smells great and makes my skin feel so clean and refreshed after I wash it off. It is really quick and easy to wash off too, as some masks require quite a bit of elbow grease to remove them which can irritate the skin. I don't really know if it brightens my skin as I don't use it too often, but I do feel that my skin looks nice when I do use it.

This centella product is better for especially sensitive skin types, or days when the skin is sensitive, compared to products which extract the active ingredients of centella (madecassic acid, madecassoside, asiatic acid, asiaticoside). This product instantly feels soothing to my skin.

I've tried this and the skin1004 ampoule, which is a product that is made of the actives of centella. That one may be more effective for some people, I don't know. This one's a bit thinner and initially I found the smell but off-putting yet tolerable. It doesn't bother me anymore, and if you never grow used to it, at least it's not overwhelmingly pungent.

Centella essences feel slippery, similar to oil or silicone but it is it's own slightly different texture. If you rub it into your skin it takes a little longer than other essences. Someone mentioned that it is not hydrating; I disagree, but if your skin needs a bit of oil, than a lotion will feel wonderful. I like to put this product on after a moisturizing toner, which prepares the skin to absorb this product, and than finish with a lotion, which lets the skin retain all the moisture I've just applied, and leaves my skin plump and baby soft. :)
